What is “imprinting”?
We can take virtually any text or artwork you give us, and imprint it on a Speedwrapâ ! We are known within the hook & loop cable tie market as having the highest quality imprinting. Our process is not a simple, semi permanent silk screen. We have a unique way of imprinting that ensures a permanent bond to the Speedwrapâ itself while offering the most detail available.
Where do you imprint on the Speedwrapâ?
1. We can imprint text (your web address, company name or logo) in the center of the strap. It must all fit within a 5/16 x 3” window to work well.
2. We can also place artwork (your logo) on the head of the strap. This second option is more expensive and only available on 15”Speedwrapâ lengths and thus less common- so we don’t offer this online. For more information on this second option, call today.
What can you print for me?
Basically, any text or artwork that fits into that 5/16 x 3” window works. However, any text that is too wordy causes us to use up too much of the surface area of the Speedwrapâ. When this happens, the hooks do not engage well with the loops on the straps. For example, “EZWRAP.Com” is better than:

Tips to consider:
ü Dots, dashes and curly Q’s don’t work well.
ü Keep your logo or text within a 5/16 x 3” window. Anything larger takes up too much functional surface area of the Speedwrapâ and renders it useless.
ü White printing on a black or blue strap is the most common.
ü Inks changes appearance depending on their background. Red text on a black strap appears maroon for example.
ü We can add a white background hidden under your artwork to brighten up the color, but this adds 10cents/ piece. If this were needed, we would call you.
ü Include the PMS Color we are trying to achieve.
ü White text on a black or blue Speedwrapâ looks the best!
What about other sizes or styles of Speedwrapâ?
ü Eight and Eleven inch (as featured on web site) SW Styles are the most popular sizes. Anything smaller does not work well. For larger sizes, contact us.
ü Gooseneck style is not offered online. Other styles like the rolls and the screw mount SW are also possible, but not offered with imprinting online- If you are interested please contact us.
What Fonts?:
Arial or Sans Serif in bold work best.
Delivery Time
6-8 weeks from receipt of acceptable artwork.
Can I get samples?
We do not send samples out prior to your completed order; however we do offer a small 300-piece sample volume order. This Sample Order Includes the $100 art set-up fee. Also, for orders over 100,000 pieces, we can ship 1,000-5000 pieces for review prior to running the completion. This must be discussed prior to starting.
Art/Origination/Set Up fees:
ü There is a one time $100 standard fee for handling artwork and setup of the manufacturing process.
ü Once we have your artwork, it will remain on file and therefore this fee will not apply to subsequent orders.
ü Fees may be higher, depending on the detail of the logo design. We will call you if this is the case.
